I have tried many fat burners (such like TestoRIPPED, Anoretix and Lipovox). TestoRIPPED was the ‘in thing’ to do and after speaking to three of my friends who had had moderate success with it, I decided to give it a go.

At first it worked out quite well and I can see my belly fat loss slightly – and although that wasn’t something to get too excited about, but at least it was a start. And any ’start’ was good, I thought!

After a few weeks, things began to go downward. One of the major issues was that I was spending a lot of money on TestoRIPPED. It seemed like I had to go back to the drug store every fifteen minutes to buy more. I also found that I had to use more than the recommended dosage for it to have any real effect. Spending too much money was becoming a problem.

There have been so many misconceptions, over the decades, of what is right and wrong about losing body fat. Low fat, low carbohydrate, high sugar and high salt diets have not worked, and never will work. You need to have fat in your diet to feed your brain. You need good carbohydrates (whole grains, legumes, beans, lightly steamed or completely raw vegetables, and raw, fresh fruit) to maintain good energy levels. Carbohydrates are the fuel your body needs to get through the day.

Drink plenty of water. You may feel that you do not want to drink because you want to see the numbers on the scale go down. You are only losing water weight this way, and will put the pounds right back on, once you drink any fluid. Drink. Your body needs to drink in order to flush out the impurities.

So far as exercise goes, a very simple plan is walking. Maybe you have allowed yourself to gain a bunch of weight, then walking is a very easy exercise to incorporate into your day. If you are near a pool or an area of water where you can swim, then do that! If you can not swim, get in a shallow part of the water and kick for a few minutes.
